Kane Constructions has been engaged by TriCare, in collaboration with Kearney Architecture, to deliver 50 new retirement living dwellings within the established TriCare Stafford Lakes retirement village.
The project involves the integration of new residential accommodation within an operational retirement living environment, requiring careful planning, staging and stakeholder coordination throughout all phases of delivery.
The development includes a basement car park and a range of resident amenities designed to enhance lifestyle, wellbeing and community connection, including a sky lounge and communal dining areas. The buildings have been thoughtfully designed to complement the existing village architecture and facilities while enhancing resident amenity through contemporary, functional and comfortable living and shared spaces.
Kane’s role encompasses the coordinated delivery of all works, with a strong focus on safety, quality and minimising disruption to residents and ongoing village operations. The project requires a sensitive construction approach tailored to an occupied site, ensuring continuity of access and services while maintaining a positive resident experience and meeting TriCare’s operational, design and quality requirements.
