Design and construction of a nine level apartment building located in the inner city suburb of Prahran, Melbourne.
The $43 million development comprises 140 luxury units with basement parking for 160 cars. Outdoor communal spaces are located on Level 1 with a series of retail tenancies located at Ground Level on Commercial Road.
The structure comprises post tensioned flat plate concrete slabs with a precast concrete core incorporating wet joints. The striking facade comprises a glazed curtain wall and white precast concrete panels.
Works commenced in early 2013 and reached practical completion in October 2014.
