Kane Constructions has been appointed to deliver the $11M self-storage facility for National Storage at their existing facility in Mitchell.
The project scope includes the construction of a new three-storey, 9,436m2 storage facility and minor demolition works to clear existing temporary structures.
The construction site is situated in a fully operational storage facility, and Kane will mitigate any impacts to staff, customers and the general public.
The project is due for completion in August 2020.
We are also working with National Storage to design and construct their new facility in Biggera Waters, Queensland.
