Hoardings have been erected and piling rigs will be mobilised at 510 Church Street in Cremorne, as construction commences on a new nine level building comprising 18,500m2 of Grade A office space.
Kane Constructions has been appointed by Alfasi Property to design and construct '510 Church Street', a sophisticated new Smart Building that will include first class end of trip facilities, two levels of basement parking, ground floor food and beverage offerings, as well as multiple terrace gardens including a rooftop with spectacular views over Melbourne's sporting precinct and CBD.
Designed by Cox Architecture, the project is due for completion in mid-2021.
