Kane Constructions and arete Australia have officially moved into their new corporate headquarters at 510 Church Street, Cremorne, marking an exciting new chapter for both businesses.
Located on Level 9 and spanning 1,395m², the new headquarters has been designed to be more than just an office. It is a central hub that brings our people together, creating opportunities for collaboration, connection, learning and development, while supporting the continued growth of both businesses.
Delivered by Kane Constructions under a design and construct contract in collaboration with ARM Architecture, the fitout was shaped by a four-week stakeholder engagement process to ensure the space reflected the needs of our people and the way our teams work.
The contemporary workplace accommodates more than 100 work points, complemented by meeting rooms, dedicated focus spaces, private offices, flexible project team areas and outdoor terraces to the east and west.
The design celebrates the building's architectural character, incorporating exposed services, formed concrete columns and digitally enabled workstations. An innovative lighting solution by Glowing Structures adds to the overall design, while the installation of an exclusive Level 9 lift provides dedicated access to the new headquarters.
Beyond the day-to-day workplace, the office has been designed to bring our teams, clients and industry partners together. With spaces to host training sessions, industry events and company celebrations, including our annual MVP Awards Night, the headquarters will play an important role in strengthening the culture and connections across both businesses.
Complementing the building's 5 Star Green Star and 5 Star NABERS ratings, the new headquarters reflects the history and growth of Kane Constructions and arete Australia, while creating a workplace designed for the future.
