Kane Queensland has been engaged under a Design & Construct contract to deliver the new integrated self-storage facility at Biggera Waters on the Gold Coast.
The project involves the demolition of existing structures and construction of a new five-storey building. The existing retail facility will be rebuilt and converted for storage use.
Kane is excited to have teamed with National Storage and CHP Projects to deliver this project, with the large scale industrial project due for completion in November 2020.
We are also working with National Storage to deliver their Mitchell facility in the Australian Capital Territory. The Mitchell facility is due for completion in August 2020.
