A big shout out to Kane’s Project Manager Peter Spence who was successful in winning Building Professional of the Year at the Australian Institute of Building (AIB) Victorian Chapter awards last Friday night.
Peter led the project team in the delivery of the impressive Ballarat GovHub project. The Ballarat GovHub project is the first mass engineered timber commercial building undertaken by Development Victoria, and one of only a handful in the country.
Peter’s strong leadership skills coupled with his extensive technical knowledge and collaboration with client groups, design consultants and subcontractors delivered outstanding results.
Kane was also successful in winning the Commercial Construction $60 million+ category at both a project management and company level for the leadership and construction of the Ballarat GovHub project.
