Last week, our cadets, graduates and senior leaders came together for Kane NSW Pathways, hosted at our landmark vertical campus project in Westmead.
The initiative brings together emerging and experienced professionals to share knowledge, spark curiosity and strengthen collaboration across our teams. From their first day at Kane, our cadets are supported by mentors and peers in an environment built on respect, openness and continuous learning, where every question matters.
Kane Pathways forms part of our commitment to developing people at every stage of their careers. By creating opportunities to learn, connect and grow, we’re helping our emerging professionals build not only great projects, but rewarding and enduring careers in construction.
