Kane Constructions NSW has successfully delivered Stage 2 of the new Creative Arts and Learning Centre (The Polding Centre) at Stella Maris College in Manly, marking another milestone in the school’s ongoing campus transformation.
Designed by JDH Architects and managed by Mostyn Copper, the purpose-built facility supports the College’s expanding creative arts curriculum. The new building features state-of-the-art studios and learning spaces for visual arts, design and multimedia, giving students access to industry-relevant tools and environments that inspire imagination and innovation.
Following the successful delivery of the College’s science facility, Kane was proud to partner once again with Stella Maris to bring this next phase to life.
As Sharyn Quirk, Principal of Stella Maris College, shared: “Kane Constructions have genuinely gone above and beyond in their communication and support of the College… Their professionalism, flexibility, and collaborative spirit created a positive environment for all involved. This dedication and high standard have resulted in not just a new building, but an inspiring space which fosters creativity and enriched learning.”
Built within a live school environment, the project demanded careful planning and coordination to minimise disruption to learning. The end result is a vibrant, functional space that will nurture creative expression and learning for future generations.
