| Our Victorian team comes together every three months to share updates from across the state, connecting our people for a day of insights, innovation, and team building. Our H2 program was packed, bringing together project showcases, shared learnings, safety and environmental updates, and a host of activities across Melbourne to wrap up the year. Throughout the second half of 2025, we visited three of our live project sites: • VCAT La Trobe Street Accommodation Fitout • La Trobe University Bundoora Clinical Teaching Building A highlight of our most recent gathering was hearing from La Trobe University engineers, who shared insights into their 30 year partnership with Kane and the pilot of their state-of-the-art digital engineering facility, enabling us to trial visualisation tools that support cyber-physical interaction and data-driven realisation for construction projects. With learning then comes fun! At Kane, we work hard, are always learning, and we know how to have fun. What better way to connect with colleagues across the state than through some friendly (and slightly competitive!) activities. From archery attack, laser tag, golf, darts, and a spirited game of paddle, the competition was fierce and the camaraderie even better. For those who prefer a creative challenge, we traded steel and scaffolds for canvases and cooktops, painting masterpieces and rolling gnocchi like pros. As we head into the final stretch of 2025, our teams are recharged and ready to finish the year strong, energised for everything to come in 2026! |
