Kane Constructions has been named one of Australia’s Best Employers for 2026, ranking #88 nationally in the annual list published by TIME in partnership with Statista.
More than 5,000 companies were assessed across Australia, with Kane ranking #88 nationally.
The ranking was based on more than 200,000 independent employee evaluations, with the strongest weighting given to whether people would recommend their own employer to friends and family, alongside how businesses are regarded across their industry.
For Kane, that matters.
We have always believed culture is shaped by the people within our business, how we work together, support each other, share knowledge and take pride in what we deliver.
The Kane Way is built around strong teams, trust, straight talking, high standards and giving people the opportunity to grow. We aim to give our people meaningful opportunities, back them as they develop and create a workplace, they are proud to represent.
Today, more than 20% of our people, over 100 employees, have been with Kane for more than a decade. Many of our senior leaders have grown their careers within the business, progressing through different roles, projects and responsibilities over many years.
That experience creates a depth within Kane that cannot be built overnight. Knowledge is passed between generations, long-standing relationships are strengthened, and those who have grown within the business help mentor and develop those coming through behind them.
