Kane Constructions has wrapped up Q1 with our Victorian Construction Meeting, bringing teams together from across the state.
Held each quarter, the meeting gives our Victorian project teams the opportunity to step away from live sites and day-to-day demands to connect in person, share updates and learn from one another. It is a chance to hear how projects are progressing, reflect on lessons learned and exchange practical insights across safety, quality and technical delivery.
These meetings are an important part of how we operate. Open communication, shared knowledge and a focus on continuous improvement underpin the way we deliver projects.
As well as learning and updates, the second part of the Construction Meeting focuses on team connection. This quarter, our Victorian teams split into activity groups across Melbourne, with activities including a Game4Padel round robin, a kayaking tour, a museum visit, Holey Moley and, always a popular choice, a round of golf.
It is a simple but important part of life at Kane, creating space to align as a team, strengthen relationships and reinforce the culture that supports our projects on-site.
