Victorian construction teams connect at June construction meeting

23rd June, 2026

Bringing our people together is an important part of how we operate at Kane. This month, our Victorian team came together for our quarterly Construction Meeting, held at our Melbourne Grammar School project.

Held on one of our active project sites each quarter, these meetings provide more than just project updates. They create an opportunity for our teams to experience different projects first-hand, share lessons learned, showcase innovative construction solutions and strengthen collaboration across the business.

The June meeting brought together project teams from across Victoria to step away from the day-to-day demands of live sites and hear project updates, discuss key challenges and exchange practical insights across safety, quality, programme delivery and technical excellence.

These meetings are an important part of maintaining consistency across our projects while encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement. By sharing experiences and knowledge, our teams continue to build on the strong culture that underpins every project we deliver.

Following the formal meeting, the focus shifted to team connection, with staff taking part in a range of activities across Melbourne. This quarter's activities included pottery, padel, Kingpin and a round of golf, giving teams the opportunity to connect outside the workplace and strengthen relationships in a relaxed setting.

Creating opportunities for our people to learn together, collaborate and build stronger connections is a simple but important part of life at Kane, helping ensure our teams continue delivering quality outcomes for our clients and communities.
