Kane Constructions was appointed by Alfasi Property to deliver the Design and Construct contract for 510 Church Street, a premium Smart Building setting a new benchmark for commercial developments in Melbourne’s inner east.
The nine-level building features contemporary office accommodation, high-end end-of-trip facilities, two levels of basement parking, and vibrant ground floor food and beverage offerings. Multiple terrace gardens, including a rooftop with panoramic views across Melbourne’s sporting precinct and CBD, provide inviting spaces for connection and wellbeing.
Designed with sustainability and performance at its core, the building achieved a 5 Star Green Star rating, a 5 Star NABERS rating, and is benchmarked to the 2012 Property Council of Australia “A Grade” standard.
Practical Completion was reached in October 2021.
