In October 2020, Kane Constructions commenced works on the Barwon Health Mental Health and AOD Hub, Triage Redevelopment.
The project scope consists of the redevelopment of the existing Emergency Department, Supportive Care Centre Undercroft and old paediatric area at University Hospital Geelong.
Works involved the upgrade and extension to the existing emergency and triage department, including the addition of a new mental health Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) hub within the emergency/ triage area.
Works were delivered in a fully operational hospital environment and reached completion in October 2021.
