Kane Constructions is proud to have contributed to the refurbishment of Haven House Heathmont in partnership with the Property Industry Foundation and Lighthouse Foundation.
For the past 15 years, the five-bedroom home in Melbourne’s outer eastern suburbs has provided a safe and supportive environment for children and young people experiencing homelessness and trauma.
Through Lighthouse Foundation’s model of care, Haven House Heathmont provides more than accommodation. It offers the stability, therapeutic support and sense of belonging young people need to recover, build confidence and create a more positive future.
Kane delivered upgrades to the home’s bathroom, kitchen and interior spaces, revitalising the property and creating a more comfortable, functional and welcoming environment for its residents.
Kane is proud to have been a part of this meaningful project and the important work of the Property Industry Foundation and Lighthouse Foundation in providing vulnerable young people with a safe place to call home.
