Kane Constructions commenced construction for the New Epping Medical in March 2026. Delivering a design and construction contract for the Medical Office, including a six-storey medical facility within the New Epping Health Hub at 2 Osburn Place, Epping.
Located within the broader Northern Health Precinct, New Epping Medical forms part of the broader New Epping Health Hub, a major healthcare and life sciences precinct in Melbourne’s north.
The building will include radiation oncology facilities on the ground floor with two bunkers, car parking on Levels 1 and 2, and warm shell medical office suites across Levels 3 to 5. A Level 2 link bridge will connect the building directly to Northern Private Hospital, supporting efficient movement for consultants, doctors and patient transfers.
Designed with flexible floorplates, natural light and end-of-trip facilities, the project targets 5 Star NABERS Energy and forms part of Riverlee’s broader 6 Star Green Star New Epping mixed-use development.
