The City of Greater Geelong awarded Kane Constructions Stage 1 of the North Bellarine Aquatic and Leisure Centre in quarter 1 of 2022.
Stage 1 of the works, designed by Mantric Architecture, includes a new 50-meter eight-lane outdoor heated pool, all ability change facilities, an entry pavilion, kiosk and significant civil and landscaping works.
The new centre is a significant milestone for the North Bellarine community, as residents currently travel to Geelong to access aquatic facilities.
Works are expected to be delivered in early 2023.
