Kane Constructions was engaged to deliver a new Children’s Pool and Waterpark at RACV Royal Pines Resort, following the successful completion of the One Spa project at the resort.
Located adjacent to the existing pool facilities, the project comprised the construction of a new waterpark incorporating contemporary, custom‑designed play equipment sourced from the United States, along with a dedicated wading pool and spa.
Works included new stone paving and exposed aggregate concrete pathways, designed to provide a seamless transition between the original pool area and the new waterpark. The project also required the careful relocation of several established date palms to other landscaped areas within the resort.
The project was delivered with minimal disruption to the operation and maintenance of the existing pool facilities, resulting in a high‑quality, functional and visually integrated waterpark for resort guests.
