In December 2016, following the successful delivery of the $32 million Sir Zelman Cowen Centre for Science, Kane was engaged under a Lump Sum contract to deliver the $7.5 million Design & Technology Cube at Scotch College.
The project involved the construction of a new four-level building to accommodate the school’s expanding design and technology department. Works encompassed all aspects of the build, creating a modern and functional facility tailored to the college’s educational needs.
The project reached Practical Completion in late 2017.
