Kane Constructions has been awarded the Design and Construct contract to deliver The Base Robina, a new five-level commercial office development located on a prominent waterfront site within the Robina CBD, following a successful Early Contractor Involvement phase.
The development will provide more than 6,700sqm of A Grade commercial office space, designed to accommodate flexible, multi-tenant configurations. Expansive glazing and large floorplates will maximise natural light and waterfront views, creating a contemporary and adaptable workplace environment.
The scope includes three levels of basement construction, base-build works, lift and stair cores, amenities, end-of-trip facilities and associated external works. Comprehensive building services will incorporate hydraulic, mechanical, electrical and communications systems to support efficient and future-ready operations.
The Base Robina will contribute to the continued growth of the Gold Coast commercial precinct, with completion anticipated in Q1 2028.
