Designed by Williams Ross Architects, the ground and three-storey building brings together a diverse range of community, commercial and workplace functions within a contemporary and flexible environment. The development includes council staff workspaces, a dedicated customer service centre, public ground-floor areas with associated amenities, flexible meeting and multi-purpose spaces, commercial lettable tenancies, and basement car parking.
