Kane Queensland has been appointed by Chin Hong Investments and Project Strategies Australia under a Design and Construct contract model to deliver the $16M Springwood Shopping Centre Redevelopment.
The project scope includes the construction of a new 5,000m² suspended deck and basement car park extension, tenancy extensions/reconfigurations, installation of a new lift and travellator, mall refurbishment, new dining precinct, façade/entry upgrades, and Woolworths expansion and drive-through parcel pick-up.
Externally, traffic flow and pedestrian access will improve, and the centre exterior will be totally modernised with a new façade and fresh entry points.
The improvements will make the centre more customer-friendly.
This project will reach Practical Completion in June 2022.
