Our NSW team has continued to strengthen its safety capability this year with a focused commitment to working at heights, one of the highest risk activities across our sites.
In partnership with Revolution Safety, a comprehensive Working at Heights training session was delivered at our Westmead project. The program blended classroom learning with practical exercises to build confidence and reinforce safe systems of work.
Participants developed skills in equipment selection, safe access methods and identifying and managing onsite hazards. Feedback from the team was extremely positive, with many noting how valuable it was to step through the scenarios they face every day.
Following the success of this session, we are looking at how to embed this training as a regular component of our NSW safety development program.
