Kane Constructions Queensland has completed the new Grace Building at Loreto College Coorparoo, delivered in partnership with Loreto College, Donald Cant Watts Corke, designed by Cox Architecture and delivered by Deicke Richards.
Delivered under a Design and Construct contract, the three storey facility includes a purpose built Senior Studies Centre, a 180 seat lecture theatre, an extension of the existing chapel, administration areas, a terrace function space and new landscaped courtyards designed to support connection and student wellbeing.
The Grace Building marks an important step in the ongoing development of the Loreto College campus. The new facilities have been designed to enhance learning, create flexible spaces for staff and students and contribute to a more vibrant campus experience.
This project reinforces Kane’s long standing commitment in delivering state-of-the-art education facilities.
