Bulk earthworks are nearing completion with detail excavation now in full swing at our Villanova College Great Hall and STEM Precinct project.
Kane Constructions has been engaged by Villanova College and Donald Cant Watts Corke under a Design and Construct contract to deliver the project, within the operational school campus at Coorparoo.
The Sports STEM Precinct will feature a multi-level design to maximize space and functionality. The lower ground will provide a secondary entrance and car parking, while the ground floor will include a gymnasium and supporting amenities. Level 1 will house a double sports hall and change facilities, linking to Level 2 which will serve as the main entry point with a terrace, kiosk, and kitchen. The upper floors, Levels 3 and 4, will be dedicated to STEM laboratories and general learning areas, offering flexible spaces for education and collaboration. The top level will feature a future roof terrace and plant room.
Enhanced landscaping will be integrated into the overall design, connecting the new precinct with the surrounding campus. Infrastructure upgrades will include utility services, road works, and a new boundary gate and fence, ensuring seamless access and operation.
The Villanova College Sports STEM Precinct represents a major investment in the future of education and recreation, providing students with world-class facilities in a modern, purpose-built environment.
