Kane Constructions welcomed Professor Sharon Pickering, Vice Chancellor and President of Monash University, to site yesterday as part of the ongoing delivery of the 343 Royal Parade, Parkville Revitalisation Project.
The visit provided an opportunity to share the progress being made on this significant and complex project, and to highlight the collaborative approach between Monash University, the project team and our trade partners.
It also created a valuable opportunity to discuss the delivery of major capital works and the role that strong governance, safety leadership and proactive contract administration play in supporting successful outcomes.
We value the Vice Chancellor’s interest in the project and in gaining a deeper understanding of how these elements come together in practice on site.
