Kane Constructions was awarded the Lump Sum contract to deliver the new Chisholm TAFE Frankston Redevelopment (FCRP) Stage 2 - Early Works package.
The works involved the removal of hazardous materials, demolition of two buildings (Building C & E), services isolation and removal and preparation of the sub-grade in readiness for the main works project.
The project reached Practical Completion in December 2021.
