Following the successful delivery of the Chisholm TAFE Frankston Early Works project, Kane has been awarded the $48 million Design & Construct contract to deliver the Chisholm TAFE Frankston Redevelopment (FCRP) Stage 2 Main Works project.
Works include the design and construction of a 9,600m2 Student Experience Centre at Chisholm TAFE's Frankston campus. Works include new bespoke learning hubs over three levels positioned around the building's atrium.
An outdoor precinct with an amphitheatre is incorporated into the design and will integrate stage 1 into the community surrounds.
The new outdoor community precinct on campus connects the nearby Peninsula Aquatic and Recreation Centre (PARC) and Frankston Station.
The new facilities will be completed and opened for students by mid-2023.
