Kane Constructions delivered the Walton Street Car Park in Picton for Wollondilly Shire Council, providing an important piece of public infrastructure that supports the town's growing Cultural Precinct.
Designed by Lockhart-Krause Architects, the project includes accessible parking, electric vehicle charging stations, upgraded street lighting, CCTV, and dedicated camper vehicle facilities, creating a safe, modern and functional space for residents and visitors.
Delivered alongside the Wollondilly Civic Centre, also constructed by Kane, the Car Park improves access to surrounding community facilities, including the performing arts centre, library, child services facilities and village green, while helping accommodate future growth within the precinct.
