Kane Constructions has been awarded the Picton Car Park Upgrade, supporting the wider redevelopment of Picton, the cultural centre of Wollondilly Shire.
The project will upgrade the existing 130 space car park on Walton Street, adding accessible parking, EV charging, new streetlighting, CCTV and camper vehicle facilities. Works will be completed in mid 2026, ahead of the opening of the Wollondilly Government Services Building which Kane is also delivering, to help manage the increased traffic demands of Picton’s growing Cultural Precinct.
This upgrade continues our long standing partnership with Wollondilly Shire Council and reflects our commitment to delivering quality community focused infrastructure that supports the region’s cultural and civic growth.
