Construction has officially commenced at The Base Robina, following the successful completion of an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase.
Kane Constructions Queensland has been appointed under a Design and Construct contract to deliver the new five-level commercial office development, located on a prominent waterfront site within the Robina CBD.
The development will provide more than 6,700sqm of A Grade commercial office space, designed to accommodate flexible, multi-tenant configurations with expansive glazing and generous floorplates.
Project scope includes three levels of basement base-build construction, full building services (hydraulic, mechanical, electrical and communications), lifts and stair cores, amenities, end-of-trip facilities and associated external works.
The Base Robina will contribute significantly to the continued growth of the Gold Coast commercial precinct and is scheduled for completion in Q1 2028. Kane is proud to be delivering this project in partnership with Clarence Property and Cameron & Co.
